Primary history of atrial fibrillation (~2012) with symptomatic bradycardia requiring permanent pacemaker implantation (23 Apr 2025, Northern Beaches Hospital, Dr Karin Chia). One rare post-implant sensing malfunction identified and corrected same day (30 Apr 2025). Telmisartan increased post-op then ceased June 2025. As of last recorded data (mid-2025): stable after pacemaker adjustment and Telmisartan cessation. Eliquis ongoing for AF. A follow-up ultrasound was scheduled for 26 June 2025 (no outcome recorded in available history as of 2026).
